Last night, Jordan introduced Jillian to his Nerf guns. If you watch the first clip closely, you'll see the stealthy shooter bounce a Nerf dart off my head.

Having nailed me once, she gets locked and loaded to try again, but she's laughing so hard she really can't get a shot off.

And in Scene Three, I finally acknowledge her presence.  I love how, about halfway through this clip, she pantomimes pulling the trigger.  

So gangsta.

Welcome Home!

Jillian's very first plane ride, from Guangzhou to Beijing!

A Daddy-Daughter Tradition

Long ago, MelodyJoy asked if I could teach her how to shave. I know, it sounds both strange and dangerous but it's become our Saturday morning tradition.  When she sees me getting ready, she runs into the bathroom asking, "Shavey shavey?" and we shave together.  

Before you freak out, look closely at the razor . . . she always keeps the blades turned away from her face.

Not Sure What to Think of This

As a father, I'm really not sure how I should feel about this little picture from this evening . . .

 

I'm not certain, but I think this is the first time Jeannette has had her wedding dress out of its cover since we got married in 1984.
