Last night we had a new experience in dining . . .
Elsie took us out to a local dumpling restaurant and when we sat down, there was a place setting wrapped in plastic for each of us. My first thought was, "That's clever. They get the dishes washed and then have them wrapped to make sure they are sanitary."
Wrong.
They brought a pot of hot tea to the table and a plastic bowl and Elsie instructed us to take each bowl, cup and dish and pour the tea over them to sterilize them. So we each did our own dishes prior to dinner!
