Admissions and Events Coordinator, School of Pharmacy, Academic Division
This is a full-time, twelve-month, exempt position with the purpose of managing the admissions process for undergraduate and graduate candidates for admission to the School of Pharmacy. This position will also assist with the development and implementation of a marketing program for the school and coordinate special events for the students, faculty and staff, advisory council, and external supporters. Responsibilities include establishing, documenting, and implementing undergraduate and graduate admissions policies, processes, and events, composing text for marketing and admissions materials, counseling prospective and incoming students, and coordinating logistics for events. Qualified applicant must have a Bachelor’s Degree. At least three years experience in higher education admissions is preferred. Applicant must be capable of coordinating and scheduling events with minimal direction, possess excellent writing skills, demonstrate and communicate enthusiasm toward the University and Pharmacy program, and utilize computer technology.
