Jeannette and I were a little concerned because he had only gone out running a few times since track season ended, but he was insistent. Well, as it turns out, Corey and he finished 24th and 25th respectively overall and 2nd and 3rd in their age group. Jordan's time was 1 hour, 11 minutes and 17 seconds, just one second behind Corey. He averaged just a little over seven and a half minutes per mile over a course that the two-time winner, Damian Baldovino, said was "a really hard, hilly run."

Runnin' Fool
In some ways, Jordan's greatest disappointment about our move to Indiana is that he will not get to participate in the Crater Lake Rim Run at the end of the summer with his good friend, Corey Collins. To try to make up for that, they decided to do the Lake of the Woods Run yesterday. This is a 15K (or 9.375 miles) race around the Lake of the Woods, about 30 minutes from Klamath Falls.
